Lynez is an AI-powered platform that transforms your photos into elegant single-line minimalist art. Our services include:
- AI-powered line art generation from uploaded images
- Digital STL file downloads for 3D printing
- Physical print ordering and fulfillment
- User account management and content storage

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may maintain only one account
- We reserve the right to limit multiple accounts if they are used for abuse or fraud.

3.2 Account Security

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service to:
- Upload your own images for processing
- Generate line art for personal use
- Order physical prints for personal or commercial use
- Download STL files for 3D printing

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:
- Upload images that violate intellectual property rights of others
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others

4.3 Content Guidelines

- You retain ownership of images you upload
- You grant us a license to process your images and generate line art
- You represent that you have the right to upload and process your images
- We reserve the right to refuse processing of inappropriate content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

- You retain ownership of your uploaded images
- You grant us a limited license to process your images for service provision
- You may not upload copyrighted material without permission

5.2 Generated Content

- Generated line art is created using your input images and our AI technology
- You receive a license to use generated line art for personal and commercial purposes
- We retain rights to our AI technology and algorithms

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

- The Service, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is our property
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Payment

- Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change
- Payment is required before processing and delivery
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

6.2 Refunds

- Digital downloads are non-refundable once processed
- Refunds for physical products are available within 14 days only if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved preview.
- Processing fees may apply to refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Because every LYNEZ product is custom-made, once a design is approved and sent to production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6.3 Shipping and Delivery

- Physical prints are shipped to the address provided during checkout
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Your privacy is important to us
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information
- By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Service Availability

- Digital downloads include a personal use license
- Commercial use is permitted for your own business purposes
- You may not sublicense or transfer digital downloads to third parties

19. Quality and Performance

19.1 AI Processing

- AI-generated results may vary based on input image quality and complexity
- We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes
- Processing times may vary based on system load and image complexity
- LYNEZ artwork is generated using AI and manual optimization. Results may vary based on image complexity. Minor artistic variations are not considered defects.

19.2 Physical Prints

- Physical prints are produced using high-quality materials and professional printing equipment
- Color accuracy may vary between digital previews and physical prints
- We strive for high quality but cannot guarantee perfect color matching

20. Compliance and Legal Requirements

- You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Service complies with your jurisdiction's regulations
- We may be required to cooperate with law enforcement investigations

20. “Digital License Is Non-Transferrable”

- You may not share, resell, or redistribute STL files, even for free.
