Physical prints
Each print is produced after you order it, because the artwork is generated from your own photo rather than picked from a shelf. Orders are dispatched by tracked service once production completes, and tracking details are emailed to the address on the order.

Checkout is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS). Amounts displayed in other currencies are estimates only and are not the amount charged.
Digital STL files
The digital STL is a download, not a shipped item. It appears in your orders page as soon as payment completes, so there is nothing to wait for and no shipping cost. You can print it at home or send the file to a print service.
Delivery times
Allow for production before transit. Total time depends on how quickly the print is produced and then on the destination postal service. If you need a piece for a specific date, order as early as you can and mention the date in the order notes.
Gifts and multiple addresses
The shipping address is collected separately from the billing address, so a print can go straight to the person you are giving it to. If you order several pieces for different people, place them as separate orders so each can carry its own address.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Those are set by local authorities and are not included in the order total or the shipping rate.

No. The STL file is a download, available from your orders page as soon as payment completes. Nothing is posted for a digital-only order, and no shipping is charged on it.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Physical prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Digital STL files are not refundable once downloaded. Our returns policy covers this in full.
